Answer: Four times over a period of two weeks.
And that would be the reason for my two weeks downtime. But now with the upgraded line, those days shall be over and I should be having 24/7 uptime. In fact, many sites are now being hosted by these servers including Blogosphere and Mastermaq. If I go down, so do you!!
