Grand Theft Auto!

I was heading for choir practice tonight near Grandview (a block from Fox Drive) only to find the roads on both sides blocked off due to the storm.  After 30 minutes of trying to find a way in, I got fed up and decided to maneveur past the road blocks and soon I found myself confronted by police and they told me to just drive on the sidewalk.  (Don't quite understand why the put a road block further up)  I must say it was quite the experience!  I spent a few minutes waiting for cars to come out from the sidewalk..vans, sedans...and then two kids on a bike with training wheels.  It looked quite funny cause as they were coming out, they were surrounded by cars from all directions trying to get in.  Reminded me of Grand Theft Auto and the killing sprees....  Anyhow, all my efforts proved in vain as we ended up not having choir practice and instead just watched a video of our concert in Vancouver.  Which brings to my next question, what is with asian people wearing tinted glasses during a concert!?  I noticed about 3 people wearing tinted glasses and when you're an old chinese man wearing it, you look like you are from the triad!
