I took a day trip with Sharon to camp Kokanee where I met up with a bunch of friends. Before I got a chance to sit down, I was handed a beer and before I knew it (7 hrs later), I had almost 4 beers. Not alot by the White Man's standard but enough to send me to the outhouse four times and for Jen to take over the driving on the way back. Despite the coldness, it was quite fun! We literally sat around the camp fire all day listening to Mack's Happy (erotic) music, roasting marshmellows and chugging a few beers. Highlights of the day trip:
- Andrew and Chu expanded the borders of our campsite by LEGALLY chopping down a few trees
- Found my motto song: “Help me Doctor Dick”
- Almost ran over Pebbles (Jen's dog) while in Chu's Lancer. Pebble's life is owed to the Lancer's impeccable handling on offroad conditions.
- Conjured a mystic fire with an entire can of CoffeeMate.
- Heard stories about Mack's true samaritan self when he's drunk (excluding the molesting part)
- I stole Megan's beer and I didn't finish it =D
- I'm alive
Too bad I wasn't there the previous night! But I take comfort in that I slept warmly under a roof with hot water just an arm's length away. Yeah who am I kidding....damn it.
