My mom came home from a chinese restaurant tonight (which I will not name) and apparently for a small fee of $10, you can play/gamble mahjong with others. My first question to her was how much did she make? My second question was isn't that illegal?!! I'm pretty sure you cannot do something like that without a permit but I guess thats what makes it Chinatown!
Anyhow, my mom didn't make much and I'm thinking of dropping there sometime to help clean house!
