Getting a good night's sleep is hard for many adults and that often means poorer health, lower productivity on the job, more danger on the roads and a less vibrant sex life.
It is only a problem to those who think it is. With enough practice, fewer hours of sleep can easily equate to increase productivity as Mack and I have discovered. We work throughout the entire day and our meetings are most productive between 1 am - 6 am at a local Tim Hortons. Definitely not a problem. But you should stay off the roads just in case.
