Now that I'm back from Marmot and finally have the time to make a post (ironically at this time), I must say my snowboarding trip with
Mack,
Andrew and Felicia was quite fun and eventful! The entire trip was sponsored by Kokanee and we even got to watch some pretty cool movies including Batman and The Rock while on the bus. Since this was my second time to Marmot, I was a little more daring and even attempted a few black diamond runs and boy were they steep! If this was during the middle of winter I don't think I would have made the black diamond run as there would be much more powder and I would easily sink to my knees. Luckily, the weather was warm making the snow compact if not slushy. I think I've gotten alot better and definitely look forward to the next season! Thanks to Mack for the invitation! I was afraid this year's snowboarding season would be write off. But like everything else I do, somehow things always pull themselves together in the end. With ease! :)
