As a college student, how often have we heard the common "I'm getting fat" or "I need to exercise" complaint? We hear it so often that it has become a trademark of college students and we take it with a grain of salt. I'm one of those students who always complain about being fat but when my mom and dad also told me I'm fat, I think its time to cut down the waist size....Talk about being told....
