Altough we were late,
Mack and I still made it to Julie's presentation on Blogging as a Social Tool and is the best presentation I've heard so far. She talks about something all bloggers will eventually encounter - what do you keep private and public? Where do you draw the line when you are blogging about other people? She details her initial struggle of opening up, the fears and eventually the joy of overcoming that fear. Opening up has allowed her to create a real time autobiography and find others who are having the same personal struggles. But she also talks about where the line needs to be drawn. Blogging is for yourself. It is your life story and you have to be careful not to turn it into another person's. A very touching presentation and I'm very glad we didn't sleep in too much Check out her blog at
