Today is Round 2 of the
Telus Edmonton Open tournament and is the first day I'm working directly at the
Edmonton Country Club golf course. Located on the banks of the river valley, this golf course has an incredible view and a nicely designed clubhouse. I could easily spend an entire day on the patio which is in fact what I did do with my tablet pc and blackberry to monitor the tournament. There are lots of volunteers and spectators here and I even bumped into Beverly, her sister and Darrick! They are volunteering for the telus tournament so it will be good to have more company for the next few days!
As for the tournament, it has been going pretty smoothly except for the thunderstorm that delayed us about an hour...so much for going home early! Anyways, it seems the tournament is now resuming so back to work!
