For me, it seems like Christmas is a bad time to listen to the radio. The stations I normally listen to are
96X,
The Bear,
EZ Rock 104.9 and occasionally CBC Radio 2 (90.9) for jazz and classical music. EZ Rock recently fell from that list when they started playing nothing but Christmas songs which gets a little freaky after awhile. And today, I was shocked when 96X started playing country music. I even double checked my radio dial thinking I was on the wrong station! But as I've later found out from
Mack, 96X is now called "Big Earl 96.3" and will play country music only, presumably because they were losing out to
The Bounce and
Sonic FM. I really like BJ and Shannon on 96.3 but I can't stand country music so sadly, I'm going to have to replace them with another radio station.
