Happy Chinese New Year! This is by far the biggest celebration in China and will set off $1 billion yuan worth of fireworks and firecrackers in this festival alone. Along with the removal of a 12 year ban restricting residents from setting off their own fireworks and firecrackers, I'm sure the festivities can only be much bigger...and more dangerous:
