After witnessing an unusually high number of driving hazards today, I decided to come up with a list of things that aggravate me about driving. Feel free to add to it!
I hate...
- old people who drive while talking on a cell phone (this was a new one for me today).
- pedestrians who cross the road without looking for incoming traffic.
- people who drive sporty looking cars but don't drive fast enough to pass a bus.
- speed limits.
- people who tailgate.
- people who don't get out of the way when being tailgated.
- people who brake on groat road.
- people who brake.
- extortion like gas prices.
- people who don't turn on their headlights at night.
- cars with broken headlights.
- the fish symbol plastered to the back of cars - we really don't need to know which God you believe in.
- people who don't signal or give enough warning before turning.
- drivers who become overly cautious at the first sign of snow.
- people who take up two parking spots.
- cars that barely take up half a parking spot when there are no free parking spots for blocks. (luckily, I'm one of them)
- morning rush hour.
- evening rush hour.
- taxi drivers who decide the best place to drop off/wait for a passenger is one of the driving lanes in downtown during rush hour.
- the Toyota Echo - excluding the Hatchback ;)
