I've been putting off my yearly check up for quite some time now partly because I haven't had time to go and partly because I don't want to know how badly my body has deteriorated from school, work and my new pizza pop and ice cream sandwich diet. But as a step toward that examination, I did a body composition analysis this morning at the World Health Club and the results turned out better than I thought! I only have 3% excess fat and other than not having enough water, all the other signs measured out fine. In fact, my blood pressure and resting heart rate was lower than the average by quite a bit meaning I'll need a few cheeseburgers to bring it back to normal. :) Another update in 4-6 weeks...
